Following a total refurbishment, what was the Sheraton Laguna has re-opened as The Angsana Laguna Phuket – sister property to the Banyan Tree.

A fabulous all round resort. It features a huge tree house-inspired Kids Club spanning two storeys that has areas and activities for different age groups including kids spa treatments and twice daily visits by the resident baby elephant, Lucky.

A 323 metre free form swimming pool meanders through the resort and is complemented by a man-made beach, lazy river, whirlpools, toddler’s tub and activity zone. 7 restaurants and 3 bars, the Angsana Spa, an activity centre, Golf Course and beach frontage all ensure guests are entertained, fed and relaxed as required! An amazing hotel with every amenity you can think of, incredible staff and a fabulous location. I can’t find a single fault! The spa is better than most and I had some wonderfully relaxing treatments, and more affordable than you might think. Food superb, but you could live on breakfast alone!
